The Design & Build element is a demanding process within the construction industry.  At Malcolm Reed Construction Limited we can process and deliver your project to your requirements and satisfaction.  We remove the stress from projects by liaising with the various professional teams regarding all aspects of the project.

As a contracting company we undertake Design & Build services for private/social housing developments in and around the Cambridgeshire area. Our client base for these projects consists of major developers within the Cambridgeshire area.

We liaise with  Project Manager’s or the clients direct the choice is at the client’s discretion.

Design & Build projects can range from £2 -£5 million in value and vary from the dwelling types and numbers on each development. We are able to tailor a package to suite our client’s specification.

The projects we have been involved with and continue to be involved with are private non adoptable or adoptable social/private housing developments to a high specification. Each development is carefully bespoke designed and tailored to take into consideration the surroundings conservation areas and difficult planning issues which face us today.
